Description

Thuja occidentalis ‘Fire Chief’ is a compact, globe-shaped evergreen shrub that typically reaches 3 to 4 feet in both height and width. In spring, its bright gold foliage emerges, transitioning to gentle hues of orange in summer, and deepening to red in fall. This cultivar thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soils.
