Description
A sport of the pink centifolia rose with “mossy” stems and especially buds. The “moss” is a mutated characteristic of the skin of the rose – soft, sticky and resinous – and was a popular garden novelty in the 1800’s. Nicely scented once-blooming flowers in the form of the “cabbage rose”.
