Description: Rosa ‘Purple Pavement’, also known as ‘Rotes Meer’ or ‘HANpur’, is a medium red Hybrid Rugosa rose with purple shading. The blooms are semi-double to double with up to 24 petals and an average diameter of 2.25 inches. The flowers are strongly fragrant and occasionally repeat later in the season. The foliage offers attractive fall color, and the plant produces decorative hips.
