Description
‘Chevy Chase’ rose, a Hybrid Soulieana and Rambler class rose, was bred by Niels J. Hansen in 1939. It features crimson to dark red blooms with a strong fragrance and very double bloom form. The small to medium-sized flowers appear once in spring or summer. This vigorous climber can grow up to 15 feet tall. It’s suitable for USDA zones 6b through 9b and is known for its considerable fall repeat in cool coastal California climates.
Well-rooted in a 9cm pot. Canada only.
