Description
Perovskia atriplicifolia ‘Little Spire’, commonly known as Russian Sage, is a compact, deciduous sub-shrub that typically reaches 18 to 24 inches in height and width. It features finely dissected, aromatic gray-green foliage on upright, white stems. From mid-summer to fall, it produces terminal panicles of small violet-blue flowers, creating an airy, mist-like effect in the garden. Thriving in full sun, ‘Little Spire’ prefers average, dry to medium, well-drained soils and exhibits excellent drought tolerance once established. Its compact size and upright habit make it suitable for small gardens, borders, or mass plantings, adding long-lasting color and texture. Hardy to USDA Zone 5.
Sold well-rooted in a tall 9cm pot.
