Description
Lysimachia punctata ‘Alexander’ is a clump-forming perennial that reaches 24 to 36 inches in height and spread. It features variegated foliage with sage-green leaves edged in creamy white, emerging with a pink blush in spring. In early to late summer, cup-shaped golden-yellow flowers with a hint of red at the center bloom along the upright stems. Thriving in full sun to partial shade, ‘Alexander’ prefers humus-rich, moisture-retentive soils and benefits from partial to full shade in hot summer regions. Its striking variegated leaves and bright flowers add visual interest to beds, borders, and cottage gardens. Hardy to USDA Zone 4.
Sold well-rooted in a tall 9cm pot.
