Description

​Aruncus aethusifolius ‘Noble Spirits’, commonly known as Dwarf Goat’s Beard, is a compact, clump-forming perennial prized for its delicate, fern-like foliage and elegant blooms. In early to mid-summer, it produces creamy white, feathery flower panicles held on red stems above the finely cut, light green leaves. As the season transitions to autumn, the foliage transforms to vibrant shades of orange and red, adding seasonal interest to the garden. Mature plants typically reach a height and spread of 8 to 12 inches (20 to 30 cm). ‘Noble Spirits’ thrives in partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained soil. It is hardy in USDA zones 4 through 8 and is known for attracting butterflies while being deer-resistant.
