This is hyrbid perpetual rose with delicate pink and white striped flowers. Tall shrub with pale, almost golden foliage.
A gallica cross (my theory is with R. macrantha) but fairly distinctive from anything else I grow. I describe the blooms as “luminous” for their bright stamens and petals. A large specimen can mound or climb, and blooms all at once in the spring. What a show! Further details and pictures here.
