Description

Like the Redbud street tree, this shrub or small blooms early in the season just as the new foliage begins to emerge for the season. The nearly bare stems with bright pink flowers makes it reminiscent of a cherry blossom. Variety grows to only 12 ft or so, and sometimes lower (if multi-stemmed). Prefers a sunny well-drained position.
